good luck with your goal of 80 attack and strength, if i'm totally honest i wish i could play runescape properly i just don't have the time to get the levels i want and do all the other stuff i do in my spare time. Playing runescape legitly is the bottom of my list of priorities :( one day it will be nearer the top :P
also you have the same str level as me. got 59-76 in 24 hours at experiments, when if your not botting i'd go there to train because there about 25k/hour. i was getting 33k/hour but thats because im a bot which doesn't stop working with in the hour also train with super str and att pots so you kill faster giving you more xp/hour :)
haven't been on for a while, but I just got 77 str and 95 cb :)

Not long until 93 wc now, although I'm currently cutting yews and mages instead of ivy (just for a bit)
