Oh, I worked it out. It would be great if you could transfer badges like that.
Basically You have to accept a quest - which is , you have to give someone a bracelet
Accept the quest and Click on the Habbo you want to give the bracelet to.
Click 'Give Badge'

Sorry didn't know you had to accept the quest. Yeah just clone.
I used clones to get mine and it worked fine, just use incognito mode on chrome for the clone and normal window for the one u want the badges to go to. Just make sure u have 10 clones added on ur clone email

.. but that's not all! Stick with it and you can give out a new badge every day for the next 12 days!
The Habbo who receives the Friendship Bracelet badge will gain one level for their Friendship Bracelet Achievement and 1 Heart. You will also gain experience towards the Heart Collector Achievement and you'll gain 1 Heart for completing the Quest!
