Create Room Bar Moved?

Im sure the bar were you type the room name in was at the top not the bottom?

It was a couple of days ago when they said that there was new things in the update, turned out to be just moodlight and rooms with jukeboxes fixed. I was looking for things that had changed and noticed this then :D
