I'd say gmail. It's more secure than hotmail and you get plenty of other free google services alongside it.
Either an email account that you may get with your ISP or Google Mail in my opinion.

My hotmail account is compromised with no keylogger or nothing and I cant like do anything Iv changed my hotmail passy but nothing

Personally I quite like Yahoo's email service. Gmail does seem to trump it a little though. :P
Gmail is by far the best. To get into my account, you need to enter the password and then a text message on my phone to login :p
So without my mobile or house phone, people can't login :D
I'd use Gmail IF I thought Hotmail was bad..
But since I've got a premium account name on hotmail.com.au I can't complain ;)
