You can not say no to account selling and yes to gp selling, Thats just being unfair cus people are better then other people and can get to level 85 combat in three weeks and it takes other years to get to it.

Yes it does.. Unless you're using the teleports that take 2 laws, which hardly anyone uses. High alch - 65XP Camelot teleport -55.5XP (The highest teleport that doesn't require two laws)
