Well i thought i may aswel make a thread as quite a few people are asking about tattoo's i've got 3 so just post all your tattoos :)

The arm one and chest one both need done over badly as there extremely poor, I'll prob get them both finished soon but the chest ones painfull as hell lol

Nice, looks painful. I want a half sleeve on my forearm but don't really know what to have!

Arm and back didn't hurt but the chest is unbelievable, couldnt breathe properly, couldnt do anything you could hear it hitting the bone etc.

Most Of These Photos were taken at time of getting Tattoo's and some on dodgy camera so look much better now :D. I Have Quite a few :)

I don't have any tattoos but these are all really bad. It's just my opinion, though.

Well I got my first tattoo about 6 months ago for my birthday.
The letters are my grandfathers initials

They'll all look terrible when your skin starts to wrinkle... and some of them don't look particularly easy to cover for a job interview lol.

I simply don't get why you would copy Rihanna by having this shh... looks like such a fail attempt to try and be her *biggest fan*

Well for my tattooo, it wouldn't rinkle much because it's on my calf and because i'm athletic it wont unless i get fat and lazy.
just saying.. and my tattoo isn't even that tacky? :|

are you saying that because you're athletic, you'll never get wrinkles?

Most of the above will regret their tattoos - like most people - as they get older.

That mushroom looks terrible, why would you get that??? & its jagged, your "friend" has shaky hands and should't be doing tatts till he/she is confident. Also the "mummy" why is it in that position? J.A

but i dislike the rest, JS.

my mum has my initials and D.O.B on her left wrist & my sisters initials & D.O.B on her right wrist. A butterfly on her left shoulder/upper back. 3 stars on her foot & a swervy ribbon thing on her leg saying "Daughter, Mother, Lover" i'll see if i can get pics soon...

I can safety say that I will not regret getting peter the shark tattooed on my leg

i, personally, do not see the appeal of the shark.

Only tattoo ill ever get is my son or daughters name .. has to be something that means something.

Never seen the point of getting names tattooed. If you have a child, you have a child. Why do you need a tattoo? They're your kids. Carry a photo of them in your wallet or something.

Agreed with the comments in this thread.

Always hated tribal tattoo's, and that one in the guys post is all squiggly.

I cant stand Rihanna infact i actually hate her (probz because of way i was braught up) and did't no she had it till way after i had done, However i did find out Lily Allen Has it and i love her :) But yeah either way your opion does not bother me as this tat like all the others has a meaning.

Wow some people are *****s, fair enough freedom of speech and giving your opinion but Jesus Christ telling someone that something they have permanently on their body is ugly is just damn right harsh, you'd think you'd just ignore a tattoo if you didn't like it rather than tell people how **** you think they're or at least try not be as blunt with your comments, people sometimes forget they're talking to real people. You wouldn't tell a friend or a random person how **** their tattoo is, so why would you do it online?

I don't think I'll get a tattoo any time soon but if I did I'd get it for a reason and I certainty wouldn't post it on an online forum where people are just negative all the time telling people how **** things about them are without thinking they could be actually hurting someone.

It's not harsh when it's true. They should have done research and went to a better tattoo artist with a good portfolio and ended up with a GOOD tattoo rather than some of the awful pieces on here.

MY OPINION TIME, probably doesn't mean much to you all, but I've grown up around tattoo shops and my brother is an artist so whatever.

The only decent one in this thread is the shark, the shading could be a bit better but it's not bad! I quite like it tbf!

Oh and them birds on the lower back are alright.

The rest of them, the artists should throw their tattoo machines away or something, the line work is actually awful and the inks that have been used are poor which make the colours look tacky.

a close second is "think about when you're 80 and it looks ******", for one, that's not for another 60 years, why does it matter, and two, if when I hit 80 and all I can think about is whether my tattoos look **** or not then id say ive lived a pretty good life

The problem is kids being far too eager because they think they look cool and then regretting it a few years down the line.

To be fair none of my tattoos show through a shirt, so its not a problem getting a job, yeh if i had tattoos on my upper neck or hands i'd most likely regret it im not going to lie but their not. their hidden places.

Because that is more often than not the sole reason. I'm not saying that is why YOU did it, however. It's a generalisation since that's the main reason people your age get a tattoo.

i never once said that they CAN'T or shouldn't.
of course it's their own body / skin / whatever. just some of the things posted above are tacky and the way they've been done makes them look cheap and crap.

I have three stars on the inside of my right forearm, a small one about four inches from my wrist, a medium one above that and a large one above that. Now, for all those who are thinking, everyone has stars bla bla bla, mine have a meaning, simply, three brother; small one is for my younger brother, middle one for me, and the largest for my older brother.

I'm also getting God is Merciful written down my left forearm as it is something to do with my name in Hebrew.

How can you say to someone you look hideous, "no offence". *Removed* If you have tattoo's then thats your choice, who cares about other people? Be yourself.
