Only being a 11 year old neeb, What age do you need to be to go to the gym? Is they a normal age, All ages or depends on the gym? I want to have somthing todo, Im getting bored of drawing stake ramp desings and building mud jumps lol

I go the gym, and mine lets all ages in, except for like, under 8's, which need accompaning by adults.

I think I've heard that you should wait until you've almost finished growing, as it can affect your bone structure.
Anyway, most local gyms here in Mass make 12 the minimum, unless accompanied by adult.

When I was little I used to sit and play in the Gym when my brother went to kick boxing, that was when I was little, maybe younger than 6? Basically 10+ I recon you have to be
