without being totally unfair to steph (as i know she was dedicated and put a lot of hard work in) think this is right for the help desk.

I am rather pissed at this, it seemed that Steph had finally restored order in that help desk and I am ashamed with myself as I doubted her when she first got promoted, Steph is a massive loss as she was a manager who cared for that help desk. Thanks for all the hard work Steph, I am sorry to see you go x

i could see great things from Steph in HxHD, real shame this has happened. She was so dedicated to that place and only wanted the best for it. She would have been a great HxHD manager if she had had the time.
