Cold water definitely! Can't imagine brushing teeth with warm water.. apparently some people brush them while they are in the shower.. weird!!
I've brushed them in the shower before but the toothpaste went all down my chin and started burning because my pores were open from the heatQuote:

lol it's funny people think its weird to brush with warm water, i was actually recommended to by my dentist! :P think about it though, we use warm water for everything else because it's more effective than cold at cleaning dishes/face etc so it sort of makes sense! i use warm water but sometimes i don't wet my brush at all....
