Well I clicked on the link in the message and it took me to a "are you 12+?" site...

this is real, it's an advert telling kids to watch the road.
Click im over 12, you get to see a kid getting run over.
The rela advret on TV tells you more info though.

they r havin loads of ads on te issue of bein hit by cars. they shoul put ads for other issues as well

This is a Think advert. It is a new campaign to make teens pay attention when crossing the road, because apparently we dont pay attention.
