'Veppe' new member of staff

I saw this guy in the Habboween room walking around and saw he had a staff badge on.

Don't think he's an overly important member.. Maybe he just tests stuff for glitches?

Really weird how they allow him to walk around but it hasn't been announced. Look forward to seeing what role he has :D
