does anyone still actually play RS?

any of the old skoolers still play? the new graphics give me a headache and everything is just so updated. even this forum!

been playing it since about 1 year before rs2 and have played it on and off since. what do you mean by the graphics give you a headache? they've advanced tremendously and i love them! :D Every time I came back to rs I always found it really easy to adapt.

Off and on.
It took me a while to accept the new graphics tbh... I've only just stopped using fixed screen (basically the old graphics/layout)

oh god I don't think I'd be able to cope without the fixed screen lmao. Excited to see the new layout proposed in BTS november though.

Still play, im always on lowest detail, even though I've got a badass computer, i refuse to play without the normal interface. I miss rs old days like 2005/6 :/ x

Been on and off for a good 8 years or so now, considering starting again.. I think every one who's played this game on a hardcore level (staying up till god knows what a clock in the morning and getting up a few hours later to spend all day on it again) will always have an urge inside them that tells them to start playing again.. There's something cozy and comfortable about being able to escape into that world where there're millions of other people living their own virtual lives..

yeah i think partially thats why runescape got so popular in the first place

I quit when they removed the wildey and haven't been back since, but I do log in from time to time.
