here's my advice: cut down on surger stuff, so some long walks, press ups pull ups anythign that will make u sweat
same as yew 13 xD
Things take time, get some music in youre bedroom and do some dancing for an hour or sumat, eat fruit and drink loads. <3
I Can`t do press ups
then try push or pull up, drink loads of water as well

dont fret, when u start going dizzy, and heart hurts THEN PANIC, ive jus turned 14 and im 12st

Second - If you dont want to go out and do excercise try running up and down stairs in your house a few times ( sorry if its a bungalow) Drink water to keep you hydrated. Eat some fruit a few times a week and once your use to it make a table and try and stick to it

Solution:
Excercise;Hoover, ride a bike to school, walk to school. Chew Gum instead of eating lots. Drink lots of diluted jucie (healthy and includes water have sugar free juice if u can) Drink diet drinks. Also have slow acting foods (research..)

oo yeah im 8 1/2 stone. im 5ft 7 and am 14.
If you find it hard todo alot fo work at the same time ( Like 30 sit ups ), Work up, Do 2 sit ups and then maybe in a few hours do 3,4,5,6,7 and so on, Only do 10 a day thoug.
Walk around more, Try and find a sport you enjoy.
No wonder your over weight. Mcdonalds, Pizza.
Those foods dont help.

I cycle to school, Im 12, but I feel fat for like my figure, I bet your like big and bulky, and it suits you. Try cycling, and now and again, have a banana, I had one just a minute ago. :D YOU MAY LAUGH NOW, BUT SOME DAY, BANANA'S AND BIKES WILL UNITE, AND WILL RULE THE UNIVERSE!
