TryHabbo.NET mainly because thats the only one i see with an active user base and looks like its been done properly.

Haburb.net seems good, its been around for like almost a year it used to be called HabboFM but they changed it to Haburb, seems legit.

I would say www.TRYHABBO.net - Not just because I work there, its because it seams to be doing better than most fansites atm, well un-official anyway!
I've just had a look at TrueHabbo and it appears to be a decent little site, certain the best unofficial one in my view.
