I didn't, nor did I expect to. However I do wonder if they took the previous status of a person into account.
On the research lab forum and the minimail says its random but people thought it was habbo that always get picked and always win competitions etc yet people like revolver didn't so I think it was pretty rAndom myself.

500 people got chosen, and apparently they chose people on their recent habbo activity and the time they registered. system randomly chose habbos.

If it is for the HabboCM thing, I hope there's more opportunities to get in cos I didn't get one. :(

i'm banned for a month on two accounts that i've been using lately and i only got banned on one yesterday and started using the one i'm using atm so i didn't get one and i doubt i have one on my banned accounts haha

Yeah me and @Red; think it is to do with trades and stuff like that, maybe achievement scores. I have no idea. It's not the HabboCM project though, say's they will have no extra tools or powers just be able to view the council forum.
What happend to the original habbo council does anyone know? Was that a flop? I don't see why they're introducing all these things like HabboCM's and council members when it's been done before and evidently didn't work out but fair enough. Good luck to everyone who applied :)

second round of invites has now been delivered. unfortunately because of that one glitch you need to relogin to see it. (that bug will be fixed soon, sorry about that)

If it's based on recent activity, that's probably why I didn't get one as i've been in and out of hospital, so not been able to get on! Hopefully there will be more opportunities for this.
I got told it was about trading mainly, not sure if that's true though! Nice for the staff to keep us updated.
I asked Yurre the other day whether they would email us to tell us if we were successful or not, she said she would ask them to so fingers crossed and good luck!
