sleep

so I was talking to @,Jess,; on msn, somehow talking about slots went into sleeping but yh
so like i was wondering, how much sleep do you normally get? or do you have a sleeping routine you follow? :P

im sorry bout posting these threads btw ok, promise i'll stop

the last few days <4 because i've not been well but usually i need around 7+ to function. it used to be less but i'm more anemic now and i just need rest constantly.

I don't really have a routine any more since I started uni, I tend to sleep when I'm tired and wake up when I wake up unless I have an early lecture then I'd get up for that and then go back to bed after it if i'm still tired which most of the time I am. Typical student really.

I can function with 5+ sleep, any less than that, I'm a wreck.. haha :)

If I get 'too much' sleep, I sometimes find that's a bad thing too :(!

i try and get at least 8 hours sleep even though while i was at college i was getting about 6. its nice to have lie ins and catch up on some much needed rest.

i'm not sleeping for the next few days cause i need to post as much as possible in this posting comp!!!!!!

About eight or nine hours if I'm not at uni the next day, and four or five hours if I am at uni the next day. Although I don't sleep on Tuesday nights. Completely backwards, I know.

once I went to bed the other day, woke up at 7am
I was dead like ghtghgvhdggh
so never going to bed early again
normally I go to bed at 12am+ on weekdays,
if its a schoolday I wake up at 6-7am, if its a weekend I go to bed at 2am+ and wake up about 11am lmao

i just go to sleep when im tired, 4 is the latest i'll go these days. always up by 11am regardless, my phone makes sure of it :P

whilst i'm at school i'll have around 7-8 hours sleep and in the holidays it depends, but it's usually around 9 hrs.

hahaha, nope. i would hate sleeping at school, it wouldn't feel right. :(
but yeah, i usually get less hours sleep during school periods because i'm never tired.

I go bed at 10 on college nights then get to sleep about 6 hours as I Get up at 7 then usually not a lot in.general but better than nothing

I don't really have set times. I usually go to sleep between 10 and 12 on a weekday and 11 and 1 at the weekend/holidays. I always get more sleep at the weekend/holidays though cause I sleep much later than I do when I'm at school

Bed by 10/11, up around 8/9 usually. Unless I'm working an early at work then bed earlier and up at half 5/6 depending what time I start.

Normally 7 hours, but during the holidays that tends to move closer to 9 or 10 :)

At least 6 hours or i'll fall asleep during classes.

I normally go bed at 11-12 any day. On weekdays I get up at 7 so around 7-8 hours sleep and on weekdays I have a few more hours because I can lie in :)

I normally get about 9-11 hours of sleep every day and I have a routine but during the holiday's I always get up later but still wake up at like normal time. :)

i go to sleep from 11pm-1am on weeknights, get up at 7am and during holidays/weekends it really depends how long i sleep.

i usually get about 3 -4

atm cuz im fresh out of hosipital im getting 17 - 18 lol.

I find it really difficult to get to sleep like even if I dont have to get up so when I have to getup I have about 4 hours but at weekends I end up with like 10 hoursish, lately I've been sleeping for ages though

usually around 6-7 hours. if i'm in uni late or not at all, it can go up to 10/11/12. i never have a solid 'x' amount of hours though. i always find that i wake up around every 2 hours a night which is incredibly annoying, but hey.

I used to have a sleeping routine and sleep for at least 5 hours/day but not anymore. My sleeping pattern changes according to what I do, the weather and how I feel. For instance, I tend to take naps when the weather is scorching hot which I usually won't do if the weather is not that hot.

i get 6-7 hours of sleep when i have school but at weekend i get 8-9.
