i'm addicted to breathing, can't get enough of it. as far as i'm aware, so are all my friends, family and acquaintances.
obviously have those friends who are like "omg i'm addicted to smoking i can't stop. i'm trying to quit now though!!!!". shut up, you've been smoking for a small frame of time.

thankfully, as far as I'm aware, my family doesn't have any addiction problems

I'm addicted to nothing, don't think I've ever been addicted to anything either apart from those times when I'd drink/eat a lot of the same thing for a while cause I craved it so much.
I have a few friends who smoke so I guess you could say that. I have a friend who takes drugs as well, I know it use to be quite often but I haven't seen them in forever or spoken to them for that matter so I don't know if it's still the same to say if they're still addicted.
the only addiction i know of is that my granddad was addicted to gambling and would literally sit in the bookies all day every day

and my father's addicted to smoking and gambling. my grandma and he have been smoking half of their life away. my grandma's 85 and my father's 53 and they still haven't quit smoking no matter how hard i try to make them quit. i'm sick of doing it. so who cares meh.. my grandma gambles a lot too. and i think my father's a workaholic..

Never experienced addiction tbh. My mate smokes weed but that's more of his free will rather than addiction.
