HTML, CSS and divs, lots of them.
Probably a tad advanced to be starting with.
I agree, it's a bit advanced for beginners.
By the way, don't take that as a compliment because your layout needs a bit of work to be top notch :) Is this help you need, or is it a request to be coded?
Quite simple really, just learn CSS and HTML
