I think @GoldenMerc; is working on a sms to paypal service but I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for.

So that's what all the cryptic PMs I've been getting from him are about. I thought he was trying to setup a text message scam thing.

Most banks only need you to be twelve.

Go to another bank. I got mine on my 12th birthday, pretty sad how excited I got over it.

No point now, I'm almost 17. Still need to go get one though.

Realised it was impossible to do without a big number of digits in the bank due to cashflow. Defiantly wasn't dueable when i was 17 :P

OneBip has loads of fees and not many people accept OneBip as a payment. I would recommend getting a 3V Voucher which is a pre-paid voucher you can get in the UK from any store which accepts PayPoint which are most corner shops etc. Although you need to spend at least £20 and if you are under 16, get an adult to do it for you. But the outcome is brilliant because you can use it as an actual credit card for PayPal and any online place accepting credit cards. You pay first and you cannot go over so you can't go in debt either!
