I think they can look ok on the right guy, and especially if it's tasteful and not some massive diamonte monstrosity. What sorta earring you looking at?

Get your ear(s) pierced and just changed some studs around, see what suits you best. I have both of my ears pierced and have small diamonds in each, and if I don't wear them, damn do I look strange, but I also have a pair of black diamonds that are nice, just get it done and look around and see what you fancy!
