I got a 2 hour ban a year ago for something like this. I got muted at first for saying to my mate 'I got a new camera today' and after the mute I raged a bit and said 'As if I got muted for saying camera'. Instant 2 hour ban, one of the reasons I stopped playing habbo.. you no longer can say anything without getting muted or if your really unlucky, banned.Quote:

They removed bobba because new users didn't understand it? That doesn't sound right, I mean surely if you notice when you type in a bad word it comes out with bobba, thats how I learnt it at the age of 11.. hardly rocket science :L

I just don't get why they didn't re-introduce the bobba filter - surely it works better than a 'blacklisted word' system? No doubt it will also restrict how Habbos can talk too.

Lol would everyone give over seriously Habbo are doing everything they can and have to just to stay open and keep the players happy. And all everyone does is complain on how strick it's becoming what else did you all expect would happen. It won't blow over and Habbo won't be the same that's the thin with Habbo it never stays the same.
Oh dear. I wonder just how many of our Habbo names will receive the same treatment. This is the thing with a whitelist; it's going to censor anything they haven't added to it. That's going to either leave them with a very long list, or us with little freedom.
I suspect Sulake will improve on the filter, there's no need to go "OMG THE WORLD IS OVER" on an in-progress feature.
