I don't think it should be taken off tbh. Habbo ****** up, and it's not Ruby's fault so she should just keep it. Lucky her anyway!
If the company makes the mistake then it's their own fault and the customer should keep it. Any good company would simply acknowledge their mistake and allow them to keep it because they keep the customer's business. Somehow, I don't think Habbo will do that.
Depends how much one paying Habbo / Customer is worth to them? Potentially say £1000-2000 in some cases.Quote:

It's all about making the customer feel like they're valued by the company. Of course they have every right to remove the VIP days, but if they wanted to keep her happy then they'd leave them. Well she isn't really cheating Habbo out of anything because it wasn't intentional and she isn't acting dishonestly or unfairly. I agree with the last bit, I think if she owned up then she should at least be rewarded for that amount of honesty lol. How do we know she hasn't told them she posted a picture that they could easily see. Ruby is a great friend and I'm sure she could afford paying for the VIP but least whilst she had it she can get some use out of it lol.
