I like went to sleep at 3am the other night. Woke up at 10 this morning and I still haven't gone to sleep.
its because your bodys use to staying up and when your on the computer it keeps you awake
how does it keep u awake on the computer ? tis very wierd - shud this be in health advice n tips ?
It keeps you awake cause it's bright light. If you stare at a lit up light buld, The same will happen
