I hate the new series really. It's not as fun and good as the old one, and they don't show enough acts and have more advert breaks. I don't think i'm going to watch much more.
I've enjoyed it so far. More so than I did last year anyway.
Seems more manipulated and forced for this one, and too much focus on particular contestants.
I only really watch the auditions. I do like the fact that there's more songwriters on this year playing guitar etc. and they have said they want to keep them as they are but what they say and what they do are too different things - I hope they let these people do it their own way - giving advice is fine but on the show they like to change their style often too much.
I'm really enjoying it. Loving some of the guest judges too.
Melanie was incredible (the audition showed last night)
It's not what it used to be any more. I only watched the episode that Rita Ora was on because she's frogging awesome.
X Factor is really losing its spark now. I heard that there were only 8 minutes of singing in the whole episode the other day. I'm also not a fan of the 'behind the scenes' route that ITV are going with their shows, showing random shots of the producting team walking down hallways, and I'm not a fan of the random hash tags appearing all over the place.
This series isnt as good as the other series.
The auditions are the most exciting part of the X-Factor; seeing who is insanely good, horrifically bad and who is going to kick-off. So why ITV only show 8 minutes of singing is beyond me. We'll have plenty of time to find out about the lives of the ones who will go far when they are hunted by paparazzi so why the waste the whole show on that is beyond me.
Judges' houses are always good, at least they were last year, so I'll look forward to that.
I always get bored for the live shows, but watch the final. Don't usually care who wins unless someone really stand out.
As for voting, I've never voted for TV contests or reality TV because I think it's an absolute waste of money.
enjoying it so far but once the auditions are over I'll probably get bored of it haha, especially once the live shows come unless there's somebody who i really like
Think they're going overboard on guest judges, should just have 4 solid judges or better yet if they're going to use them, bring back X Factor contestants who were in the live shows and made something of themselves? I'd rather see someone who has been there, done that etc.
Last year, I lost interest at the audition stage and watched a few episodes of the lives. This year, I've only watched one episode. I don't really like the judges and just feel it isn't xfactor if Simon isn't there! American panel looks so good and I love Demi's and Simons banter, so I'll probably watch that.

This is what you've missed out on!
i love leona lewis
Yes, I've been watching X-Factor :P As of tonight I'm quite interested, probably for the first time since I saw Rhydian :P (Oh, he was epic!)
Anyhow, if we're talking about the content of the show, I quite like Melanie, Jahmene and as long as they don't become another One Direction (which they most likely will), Union J.
I really disliked Christopher so I'm so glad he's gone and hope they don't return him for the wild card. I'd like Adam back for that.
I think Rylan completely overreacted when Nicole told him he was through to lives, it was annoying and he's humiliated himself in front of the nation. Score!
I was quite surprised that Gary didn't put Christopher through but hopefully he'll come back through the wild card.
I didn't watch any of the auditions but I've been watching youtube videos and I am loving loads of people. I can't believe starboy nathan is on there. I have seen him perform a few times. Is it just me or are none of his performances on the xfactor site or youtube channel :S Really don't like Rylan. :-l and I hope times red get through as the wild card.
Rylan shouldn't have got through and I really like jermaine's voice although didn't think he'd get through because of his nerves. I thought Duke where great and unique, a lot better than the boy band that got in. Times red where good to and I feel if they where younger they would have been picked. Quite glad Lucy got in but not sure how she will cope in the live shows. In the video at the end her hair looks quite different to.
I just watch the USA one \o/
I've actually enjoyed it so far. xD Miss Simon though. :3
Annoying as hell as christopher, rylan and district 3 are still in.
This year is the weakest to date, only jahmene and ella are any good, id love rylan to get as far as possible, i love a good troll.
I really like Ella and Jade this year. The others aren't really anything special, although I suspect Union J & District3 will probably have success because of all the fangirls.
Lucy Spraggan all the way! She is amazing. I hope she wins.. At least she doesn't have a sobe story like everyone else. ;)

I've said it before but I'll say it again. I think that a lot of the time the judges hold back on what they really think when it comes to their own act. It is to be expected yeah but I think it would be easier if they didn't have their own teams and basically the judges work together. But then again the so called rivalry stuff leads to newspapers gossiping giving the show more press
So much talent this year tbh, I never really expect it. I love the girls category, James, MK1 (so sad that they are out) and weirld Rylan - I understand why it was probably rigged to keep him in, if he wasn't in there is no one else who is as bubbly and entertaining and for that reason I like him. I'd prefer him to be a presenter but as an entertainer I hope he stays in for a few weeks.
I don't really get how people can like Christopher as a singer, does anyone really think he is current enough to sell his cheese in the charts :S Times Red could have done well I reckon.
Will
Well as someone mentioned - Gary Barlow might hate Rylan but Frankie Cocozza was just as bad and always getting defended by him. If he wasn't his mentor I'm sure Frankie would have got a lot of abuse.
I did like the fact that Gary was very honest to Kye and we saw him basically going flat note, flat note.
I think Christopher is a good example of Gary being a little two faced and as mentioned with other acts I think he'd be getting loads of criticism for his song choices and stuff if he wasn't his mentor. He actually is an okayish singer his style is just dated and I can't see him making much.
mk1 were amazing cries
Lol seems they always say this or something similar.
MK1 was good but not as good as they could have been - the problem as they put was the general public wouldn't like their underground stuff but doing mainstream stuff would be a sell out. I kind of feel it wasn't the best show for them.
ella is so perfect
gary barlow is epic. x factor just got interesting.
lost intrest a few years ago, whole load of rubbish
really hoping lucy spraggan or union j win, my two favourites this year
i actually quite like rylan now, he adds a bit of fun to it hah
