Well it could be coming fully or they are just going to change the way signup/registration works. As the top image is what was shown months ago as a concept for the new "Check In/Welcome" when you sign up to Habbo.
I swear the first image has been used as previous registrations before?
Well let's hope it's coming soon.. be good to see what Habbo have in store for us. :P
The first image i recognize as being posted before, however it had the habbo at the bottom with a different design.

I thought we would of had it by now ;p looks good. I think they definitely need a tutorial for beginners. The hotel has been made so confusing for new users with the whole talent and citizenship track. It's such a kerfuffle for new users trying to earn trading and stuff.
