I agree with Plebings, it does raise awareness / gives incentive for more people to report them etc.

depends how it's going to be given out. if the badge is given straight away for a report then yes, goodbye advertising habbox for a month or two until it dies down, however if the reports are followed up with people investigating these sites then giving out the badge, then hopefully we shouldn't have too much of a problem.
i thought false bans for advertising habbox were based on the assumption that habbox is a scam site not a retro, but to moderators i guess that wouldn't matter.
knowing how lazy their systems are though we all know it's going to be the first method though.
It's a little like the 100% Habbo campaign a few years back
I don't like it to be honest. As has been said before, it will only encourage people to falsely report others, and it's like Sulake are trying to turn us in to their own little police force. :P
Upon visiting the Habbo NL hotel I found out you get the badge from reporting a retro via a poll in a room.
