Is The World Going to End?

I know it's silly but I believe stuff like this :S Is the world going to end on 21.12.12 I'm well scared :(

No it's not.

Some believe that an angelic-being will come from another planet to visit earth. Others believe the mayan calendar resets but then you can get some other weird conspiracy theory's that it's the illuminati trying to scare us into killing one another. I'll stick with we aren't going to die, because even if we do we'll be dead so no-one can tell me 'i told you so' with their smug face :P.

If thee world was going to end by an asteroid as I've heard, then wouldn't the world get all hot or something as the asteroid is getting nearer to the earth atmosphere, just like the dinosaur era

the world is going to end, i've just had an hour long powercut. sitting in complete blackness is not fun. i was resorting to using an xbox 360 controller as my only light source.
