I don't know if this is new, it might have been in before, but Sulake basically saying they can get rid of your account if you haven't logged on for 180 days, or if Habbo closes:

That's most likely been in there for a while now. Reason being as it mentions if the service has been merged - When all the hotels got merged and if you didn't merge your accounts after so long then you could no longer gain access to it.Quote:

They seem to have rewritten* quite a lot of the Terms of Service (since I last checked it anyway :P), and they also seemed to have stopped making about 5 different ones that vary on location (afaik).

1.3, 1.5 and 1.10 seem to be interesting - especially the arbitration section. I also never realised that this appears in some T&Cs:

That part about accounts being deleted after 180 days doesn't mean they're going to start deleting all accounts which haven't signed in for 6 months :P It just means that they have a right to delete an account if it has been inactive for that amount of time - i.e. you can't sue Sulake if they do delete your account for that reason.Quote:
