Probably for valentines where they had this relationship code thing. Probably means the above

He doesn't. He has access to the sandbox hotel, which is a testing ground for developers using Sulakes API to create a game for the game center. However, instead of using it to create a game he is using it to peep at upcoming Habbo features; pretty counter productive.
