Events/promotions update

Oh and the promotions now show how long they are in days/months/hours/minutes instead of all in minutes. The top on the list of promoted in the navigator will last for 15 months :O

or they could just bring it back entirely free but it's better than paying creds i guess

top of the list is 15 months and if each event is 1 hour long (idk how long it is), it will require approximately 10800 purchases

Do we need to give people rights though to buy them? Probs would only be able to do it on a set date when we were changing the layouts or something.

- this isnt even what they've given us. promotions are useless and it will be even more useless when absolutely everyone is clogging up the promotions tab cos duckets are free....

I like the idea of making people pay duckets as a compromise but I don't think allowing people to buy like 15 months is right cos it will just clog up the list.
