Question: Police Recruitment *assessment + fitness*

I'm doubting many replies to this thread, but:

Is there anyone here that has been to Police Special Constable assessment day? + Fitness.

If so, what was it like? Any tips to give?

Not been to one obviously lol but wouldn't you probably have better luckk having a look on other forums? Dedicated to that sort of thing, forums dedicated to particular areas can be a godsent!

The site is full of useful information, plus the forum is just amazing, it's full of police officers from across the UK and Wales.
