the top bit should drag down when you drag down

The part where it says "Welcome, [Name] Notifications ^ User CP Log Out" should drag down with you when you drag down. I find it so annoying when I'm reading a thread and want to click one of those options and have to constantly drag back up...


Maybe I'm just lazy but it's so annoying for me lol

I find it annoying when the stuff does drag down tbh :P

I'm sure this was discussed briefly in a thread a while back, but I might be mistaken.

You ever pressed the Home key on your keyboard by any chance? :P (Not sure if laptops have them)

Could add that stuff to the David panel instead if you use SS2011.

im on a laptop, what does the home key look like lol. havent used an actual computer since 2006 i think

Nope, mine doesn't :(

It's usually on the far right side of the keyboard on a laptop.

Alternatively you can use the page up and page down keys, just as quick.

Mine does, but it's with the number pad. So I doubt a laptop would have it unless it has the num pad @Mk, (on the right)

I have a laptop and it has a home key on it, on the numpad.
