Watch - Basketball and Tennis... although saying that I loved watching just about every sport whilst the Olympics was going on.
Play - Rounders because it was the first sport I got picked to go in a team for (WOW... SOMEONE ACTUALLY PICKED ME AS THEIR FIRST TEAM MEMBER RATHER THAN THEIR FRIEND {AND IT WASN'T MY FRIEND} WOW) Rounders is fun and I seem to be OK at it

Sorry guys! I keep forgetting most of you guys are UK so the sports watched are completely different!
Watch: I guess AFL (Australian Football) is the only sport I enjoy watching. Except when the Olympics/Commonwealth Games are on I love love love watching the diving! And the gymnastics are also good too.
Play: Eww none, I guess the only thing I enjoyed during sport at school were Soccer or Hockey but I wouldn't play them unless I had to.
Oops I chose wrestling/fighting instead of etc. stupid phone :P

So in American terms, soccer.
Although I do really enjoy long distance runs (ie marathon style) in terms of taking part, and pretty much any sport is good fun.
