Erm, can you copy and paste what it says?

probably to do with the group fansite owners being added into.
also there is a furni on puk about it. its same size as tent!

I already spoke about those things in the other thread before but no one replied lol. Obviously you'll be able to rent space because they are rentable squares :L.

People can buy the spaces in rooms and then put furni down in those areas.

I don't really see where this can be used except maybe casinos.

Well idk if Habbo would let you charge other users for using a rentable space in your room, or whether they'll even be for non-staff use.

It's not completely clear yet, as they haven't actually been released. But yeah, hopefully they will be released :P.

Yeah the only thing I can thing of is like a market room where people can essentially set up their own 'market stools' (so just drop the furni they're selling lol) or a camp site where people can like, rent a place to stay :P? It could be quite useful for rooms like that, but really depends how exactly it's gonna work.

They look like they could be fun for camp out style rooms and stuff, but looks like they might be used more by arcade owners renting out space lmao

Best idea for this if anyone's got the Cs is to lay out a nice road in a grid, (like in the picture) and a few corner lamps, plant beds etc, nice sleek city scene.

Then each rent space is sold, bought, and the owners are encouraged to build skyscrapers on each plot, giving a working city complex where real estate actually exists - all the more workable if you could sell all the furni in the space with the rent also. This way you've got cities where everyone is controlling their own plot and not interfering with others, that'd be a beautiful room to behold. I'd get in on that if anyone wants to set one up, consider me your first client.

i think its mainly for habbo poloza and people putting tents down etc... so its like a festival lol idk

Saw it on another fansite. Looks really interesting and promising. I think the premise is to replicate a real festival. You get some tiles in a room not owned by you to put your own furni. People could make huge shops like this. You put in your own furni to sell and the room will get popular because it has 10+ slots so 10+ owners. Same for casinos.

Could totally revolutionise one of our oldest games too - carnival. Could all be hosted in one room with teleports to each perimeter.

Seems like a bit of a weird idea to me. Will be interesting to see how it works.

Looks interesting, and it's good that certain furni is blacklisted. But 10 hours isn't long so I hope you can extend it?

I think we need to see how it works properly to kind of understand how and where it could be used. The credits image shows that you'd rent it with credits surely? I wonder if the user can set it as something

Haha I never thought of that, surely either you won't be able to use furni which can affect things outside the little box or the wired would only work in the little space? I wonder if the room owner can keep some fixed furni down like patches and stuff so it still matches the rest of the room.

does this beta helper tool have anything to do with forums btw??? if it doesn't then i dont understand what else could they possibly be updating that is so important

doesnt seem that good
