when they could put it in for more than average and still be the cheapest
u suck and i hate u. u r the reason for all of my problems and u r a noob
What because it stops you from doing it
idk i dont bother to search the mp for each furni i just put average value and hope for the best
no cos u could make the price rise and put it in for more causing average to increase but NO it just keeps it CHEAP

for example
average is 5c but there r none in the market. u could put them in for 8c and they would most likely sell but person puts in at 5c
They probably 1) want to either sell it ASAP, 2) didn't search it in the MP before putting it in, or 3) just don't believe it'll go up. I have found it annoying at times too, but you'll think otherwise if you're the person wanting to buy that item :P.
Well prices are going to change, Habbo isn't about profit making.
The mp annoys me so much, and when people put in one furni at way above the price and then buy it back themselves so that it raises the average/price
WATS EVEN WORSE IS IF THEY PUT IT *BELOW* THE AVERAGE
Markets fluctuate, rise and fall. just what they do. I said buy it under the premise that "some stupid person has put it under the avg". If its just 1 person doing that, then thats not going to kill the value overnight. If things lose their value, either cut your losses, and sell them, or stick them in a room and wait for them to rise again.
Values drop because either there has been a huge amount released onto the market - making the availability higher and thus the options to buy greater - through catalog release or someone opening their stockpile of it. Or because someone needs c quickly. There is always a reason why it happens. Things don't drop for no reason, with demand creases or through excess supply.
Basics of economics will teach you that.
I feel your pain.
