Changes since last month:

Assistant General Management:
Foregetfuhl is no longer assistant general manager, SyrupyMonkey is no longer assistant general manager, Samanfa becomes assistant general manager.

Competitions:
Lost 1 staff member.

Content:
Emily promoted to senior role.
Gained 1 trialist.

Events:
Smurfed- is no longer events manager, Intersocial is no longer assistant events manager, Intersocial becomes events manager, Intersocial is no longer events manager, Intersocial becomes assistant events manager, Intersocial is no longer assistant events manager, Mk, becomes events manager.
Gained 1 staff member.
Lost 5 trialists.

Forum:
Dilusionate promoted to senior role.
Matts leaves senior role (For Features Manager, not on diagram)
Lost 1 staff member.
Gained 1 trialist.

Graphics:
Lost 1 staff member.

HxHD:
Gained 3 staff members.
Lost 7 trialists.

HxL:
Shonly leaves senior role?
lawrawrrr promoted to senior role? (I feel like I may have got Shonly and lawrawrrr mixed up in last months diagram)
:Markster: leaves senior role.
Gained 5 staff members.
Lost 3 trialists.

News:
Samanfa is no longer news manager, Inseriousity. becomes news manager.
Gained 1 trialist.

Rare Values:
Gained 1 staff member.
Lost 1 trialist.

Probably worth noting that staff numbers don't include senior staff/managers - just regular staff in dark blue, and trialist staff in purple. If a trialist passes, clearly the trialist number goes down and the staff number increases.

Pfttt, I accepted the new trialists before he was manager, I was waiting for their replies :(. Anyway, some departments are doing better this month at least :D.

Habbox could just get rid of some of them departments... ;)

The forum one is slightly wrong haha. Hopefully you'll continue doing these, they're certainly very interesting.

Ngl these figures seem worrying. Habbox should really be pushing for more staff members or else some departments are really going to struggle to function, Events for example. I'm just curious but why is there very little Asst. Managers?

And joint managers seem to be much more popular these days, especially in community departments. I think most people seem to be taking the line that an assistant manager isn't needed because the department is small enough to only need one person to watch over them, though. Seems a bit weird to me because they're not gonna improve if they don't get bigger but what can I say

I totally agree, I've no idea why they want to remain it with just a manager. i know when I was at HxHD what encouraged me to maintain a high level of hours or whatever was the possibility of a promotion. Nowadays it seems staff empowerment is lacking, resulting in many staff members resigning for other fansites where there are these higher ranks for them to be in.

Well surely staff shouldn't be here just for the power of a higher rank, and should be happy in the role they have :P?

In an ideal world that would be true however looking at staff numbers now I'd assume the staff who want to contribute to Habbox are still around and the ones who don't aren't. That all being said the departments are struggling keeping it this way so something needs to be done to fix this.
