Talent because if that can be improved upon with hard work (should you choose to) you'll obv be miles ahead of someone who's crap but tries
I think both are important, you can work hard all you want but without a little bit of talent in your field you might not go anywhere. On the opposite side, talent will only get you so far as well.
Well if you're talented at something you should work hard to excel at it.

I don't think I have any talents, and I've always worked hard and that's turned out okay for me, so I'm going for hard work.
Talent or handwork can only take you so far. You need both to really excel.

Hardwork - I think most people are capable of most general work if they put their minds to it.

I dunno, I always find people who are naturally talented at a subject think they can get away with not trying in lessons anymore and usually end up with lower grades compared to those who actually try and want to be good.
I think both are really important.
