Tyler!! This happens to me too sometimes, have you tried refreshing the page, silly as it sounds but keep trying it loads. Its ****e server!!
Are you able to tune in via your mobile phone? If you use an iPhone or Android device then you can download the "TuneIn" app and search Habbox that way. The radio was working all fine for me last night via Firefox and Google Chrome.
You could try using a different browser if you haven't already. I didn't read everyone elses suggestions so i'm not 100% sure on what others have said haha.
Clear your cache and cookies?

Have you tried reinstalling Adobe Flash?
Have you tried clearing the website storage in Adobe Flash? http://www.macromedia.com/support/do...manager07.html
Can you access this website? http://37.130.230.38:9998/
Open VLC Media Player then go to File > Open Network > In the box put "http://37.130.230.38:9998/" and click Open, does the radio begin to play?
Then I don't have a clue wtf is up with your browser(s) :S
