I think you should be allowed HTML user titles for donator, as you've actually paid for it. When VIP you've just won it!
Is there a reason why this isn't allowed?

Html is VIP only because it gives people more of a reason to enter competitions & events. Imagine if we sold VIP and gave away donator as a prize instead, no body would be interested because the donator perks aren't as good.
you don't donate for the rewards, you donate to help habbox!!!
+ it's extra effort for chris and matts or whoever
There are usually months whereby limited VIP is available to buy - feel free to purchase it to get the perks of a HTML usertitle :).
Donator is donating, and you get a coloured name to show recognition of this.
Giving features like that makes donator a 'premium' service and that once was against the habbo rules to offer this. I do believe it has now changed, but I think Habbox has just adapted this to make vip a prize or if its bought during limited times and get premium features :P
Its not my decision in the slightest, but I don't think donators should get HTML usertitles.
Also I'm not sure what the rules are with habbo anymore but I thought we weren't allowed to give any more features? IMO VIP needs to be sufficiently better than donator so that people really want it. Donator is what people buy to help the site and VIP is more of a reward (though can at times be bought too obviously).
