Third time lucky eh :P

But no, I mainy accepted the role as I really think the RV Department needs redefining in what it's role is.... back in 2006 during my first stint as manager, a team of 25 was processing maybe a few hundred items? Now we have a team of under ten processing x10 that amount. It's unsustainable and much of what the department values is pointless with the Habbo Marketplace being there. It's time to change it.
