As an Aussie on my BBQ is typically: Chicken breast, snags, roo fillets, porterhouse steak, some veggies (thinly sliced potatoes, capsicum is grouse), T-Bone steaks, some chops (generally lamb), chicken skewers and depending on who I'm having it with prawns.

Slap on some ribs and then in tin foil put mushrooms and onions with barbeque sauce. Yum Yum!
