I think this video is so extreme but it highlights the impact that speeding or drink driving has on those around us. Obviously, a single car does not kill a classroom full of children, althought it's not impossible, so this advert is a little far fetched, but it highlights how many children are actually killed from careless drivers.
Quite sad and the song the very fitting. It's not too graphic but just be warned...
I hate watching adverts like this, but if they can reach at least one person then it'll help save at least one life.
The only issue is, adverts like these aren't really taken in by those who speed. I was actually cycling down a narrow road yesterday when some jackass was speeding down the opposite direction showing off their car. They were close enough to me as it is, let alone if they were to lose control (which is even easier with high speeds). Some people just do not deserve the privilege of driving.

reminds me of the speeding advert when the car goes through somebodies back yard and kills the kids playing in their garden
or the one where it kills the couple kissing on a wall
:(
horrible videos but they've gotta be effective. showing people how awful it is could get through to some people. use of kids is pretty clever as people are more likely to feel worse, and the sound to go along with it was great imo.
agree that some people shouldnt have the privilege of driving, shame it's too hard to monitor

Adverts about vehicle safety are always so hard hitting omfg. Like have you seen the one about train tracks when they're playing I spy.. "Wait,is it track?" when shes on track and then a train comes and its just so wow.

There's also that video about texting and driving where all her friends die because she was texting while driving, that shows everything.

I am so careful whenever I see a cyclist these days. One was killed recently on the route I take to work, I was stopped and questioned the next day as the car involved was a black corsa, which is what I drive. It hits home that it could have easily been me hitting that cyclist, killing them and my life be over and so I always give them plenty of room and check my mirror to make sure they are still cycling.

Too hard to monitor, I guess. Everyone has a bad/silly day and it would be too much to ban everyone that does this. They just need to be so aware.

If only more people were like you! Where I work, 4 of us have been hit cycling in over the past 3 years. Luckily 3 of us weren't that bad. It is amazing how many awful and inconsiderate drivers there are nowadays, that even if these adverts did hit home for some, there are others that will still cause accidents.
We need these to be graphic and hard hitting. The accidents that happen on roads are usually avoidable, especially if drink was involved.
I think there should be a 0 limit on alcohol when it comes to driving, it would be safer.

I doubt this is going to have much impact though, as it's more funny than serious considering the fact of how over dramatic it is.

My English teacher showed us this on Friday and tbh I think Ads like these are most effective and get the message across the best - even though my teacher thought it would be funny to criticise how fake it looks.
