freewebs is for beginner websites,
if you need a shoutcast aswell i would recommend ax-hosting.com my mates from skl use that for their sites about stuff :p

i know it isnt the best, but if u sign up for the advanced account - you can paste html from dreamweaver [or whatever] straight onto the site - that was you can avoid the tacky layouts they have
