i don't get the whole ranking and seasons thing... is that when you're level 30?

I'm just going through my games before getting ranked.
When you hit level 30 you can still play normal games and ranked game unlock and the first 10 ranked games place you in a rank and from there you can play more games and gain points to go up leaguesQuote:
