How easily do you get breathless?

It's a simple question.

I wasn't the most sporty person at all in school but I could easily run cross country for ages and we were always running around (good times that are gone forever) so that's probably what kept me healthy. However recently I have noticed that I can get breathless like jogging up stairs at university which is AWFUL so I need to sort it and get back on track when I am out of here.

So I get breathless quite easy now which is scary. But then again whatever happens happens.

Easily. I blame my asthma, but it's just because I'm really unfit.

Quite easily because I'm really unfit. I really should start doing some exercise. :(

when doing sports cuz im horrible in terms of fitness level aye

I'd like to think I'm alright, but definitely not great. A lot of the time what stops me is getting stitches because of my condition :(

i do when i'm running which is weird, but i never did with dance. i have asthma too, or did it doesn't affect me much anymore idk why

Not very easily, but I'm in really good shape so yeah :P

i wonder if she gets breathless

loads better now i went to the gym for a few months n ran a lot. like the improvement was significant n i can now run for ages without needing to stop

I have asthma and I am unfit so pretty easily :(

I try to stay in shape (rounds a shape?) but i still lose my breath fairly quickly, then again i've suffered with severe asthma + I'm unhealthy lmao

Takes me a while, although if I am walking up more than like 3 flights of stairs then that will normally get me. Had to walk up 10 at uni today :l

I need to lose some weight AND I'm awful at exercise so I get out of breath really really easily :(

Other than concentrating so hard that I hold my breath not very easily. I have lots of stamina.
