If you get a blister...
If you get a blister - and people usually get them from burns - do you leave it to heal as you are supposed to or do you purposely pick it to drain it? I get blisters time and time when I am doing stuff in the garden, usually from hedge/bush trimming or from digging and I have to say I like *****ing them to drain them... it's oddly satisfying. Plus I personally think they heal better like that.
How about you?

I give them a couple of days to settle down and then I ***** the skin and drain the fluid. The skin then just dries and I peel the dead skin away them put some antiseptic cream on the actual burn.
-
I always lance them, nothing like a bit of self surgery to sort out all your problems
-
I get so many on my feet, they usually pop by themselves because of the extra friction on them.
-
I hardly get them but if I do I let them heal, I wouldn't dare touch them I hate feet enough as it is lol
-
i would never touch them eww
-
Popping them or trying to pick at them usually leads to infection
If you wanna pop a blister (or even something like a spot for that matter), run a needle/pin under hot water and then pierce the skin. If it bleeds, it's not ready to go so just leave it alone.

I soak my feet in hot water and just leave it at night and then put padded plasters on it in the day.
-
Eeerr, I do leave them but the last one I had got really painful.
-
They always just tend to pop by themselves even when I leave them :(
-
put a plaster over and once its dried, cut the skin
i once got blisters in between my toes before was a horrible experience
-
I used to just rip blisters off and get on with it, haven't got them in ages though, best thing to do is to drain it but not peel it i think
-
Aren't you actually supposed to burst, well, drain them? I do so, anyway.
-
Yeah, I tend to drain the blisters especially after shrubbery work!
-
They annoy me so I normally like to pierce the bottom of them to get the schtuff out
-
can't say I ever get blisters

I used to walk a lot (I'm like a cliche. poor person walking miles to go to school haha) and got blisters. I'd ignore them but when I was younger I'd used to peel at them and make it worse.
