Just use hally or ranging the Fire Giants .. I used hally and the first time i got Half of a Key and a Rune scimmy :)

I didn't say every 20 giants you idiot, 1 in 100 chance is like saying, if you kill 100 fire giants you only have 1% chance of getting it

Depends really on your luck, I know a dude who went to kill fire giants and he killed 15 only and got it.
