if u have an arm wrestle with someone stronger than you and keep it steady in the middle with both people applying pressure. that helps your muscle strength.

Yeah get the leader. I suppose he won't come without his 'gang' - just give him a good smack and he'll soon leave you alone.
Mmm with a group tht big i would recommend taking them down 1 at a time *States the obivous*
doing sit-ups will help yur stomach muscles so you dnt get hurt as much ;)
if you dnt have weights uses an alternative like bags of sugar or reasonably large stone ;)
And get summit like like a basketball to bounce at them, just for a laugh :p
I was thinking Sugar/potatoes get something like a broom stick or some long pole and put a bag with potatoes or sugar in tie the bag in a knot around the stick and lift add bags to make it heaver ;P sounds silly but it will workQuote:

Toughen up your stomach, do sit-ups, you won't feel as much pain because your stomach will be stronger, also weights and ye everything that's been told, and concentrate on focussing so you don't aim wrong.
Kick them in there face and make them eat dirt! XD
hit them in the chest when they dont expect it,usually works xP
The way i got stronger was from my bike...
Pull wheelies over and over again makes your muscles bigger and harder...
Only start to stop when your muscles start to hurt or else they'll be sore for about two days </3
But another way which works slowly is playing football when your in goals since you punch the ball out and all that ;P
Fightings wrong just ignore the person!
