What's the point of having super mods and mods now? Merge the roles and make Matt assistant fm. The mods are currently moderating all the forums?
Because SMODs have access to further panels which moderators don't, which are only trusted to a select few (aka, the smods).
If there are adminy type things then fair enough have some sort of ranking in powers but yeah lots of people have been saying recently that all mods should be gmods and I agree with that, it doesn't make any sense to have moderators who are powerless to stop someone from acting out just because they're doing so in an area about books or whatever

Pretty much what Laura said, Super Moderators have the ability to change signatures/avatars/profile pictures, issue bans for multiple accounts etc. see reported posts and although Matt could do that as Assistant Forum Moderator, I'm not sure if General Management would agree as the department isn't as big as it usually is! The Super Moderator acts as second in command to the Forum Manager, and again that can be done even as the assistant, but it might not be needed currently.
We are moderating all forums currently as feedback suggested to see how it goes! At least if this continues it might be easier to pick a Super Moderator with them being more knowledgeable over the whole forum and not just 1-3 forums we may moderate.
if matt is mdport i wouldn't give him afm tbh. no offence to the guy but he's weak, he threatened me with an infraction and didn't follow through. what use is he as an admin if he can't do that?

I feel its best of being able to let them go on the panels because as you all have come to the conclusion Chris isn't on Habbo as much as say Kelly and she is in the help desk alot helping people when there is not many staff in the room and alot of people get forum problems and recently has been asking mdport to do things only an admin can do. Where if all agms had accesss they could fix the problem there and then rather than having to wait for someone with full acess

SO HEY EVERYONE
Following feedback and in terms of forum activity I thought it was enough to have 3 Moderators and 1 Super Moderator. This doesn't make sense to have if sections are still divided so I listened to Feedback and made all Moderators Global Moderators.
There is still a point in having a Super Moderator because as mentioned, they have additional roles. The reason why Matt has not been promoted to Assistant Forum Manager is because it's not the same role as SMOD?!
I think the set up we have in place right now could work well and it is just a trial. I am welcome to any Feedback anyone might have on it.
Does that mean they see modcp n post reports or wat

Yeah I agree with @Nick;, you are equal, but I've been an assistant before and the manager either taught you as an equal or pretty much treat you like a senior where you couldn't do much! Other fansites have multiple managers for a department, like EU Radio Manager and I always wondered why, but I see it's because there are 2 so the assistant part isn't needed! Not saying Habbox should do it, it's up to General Management, but currently there are only a couple of assistants at the moment.
