First of, finally you have been fired for your rude comments towards me that happened months ago. I mean seriously, how long does this place take to get rid of people!? I think your misunderstood at times and I think other people are also involved and I'm not 100% sure if they have also been told off because I haven't seen those PMs.

It's a shame it has come to the point where you have had to be removed from your roles though.

Habbox has been like this for years where you can't say what you feel, Laura has just continued it, been about since the ---MAD--- days and it doesn't seem to stop.

What I find is silly is habbox is dying out, because of Habbo yes. But why are you pushing people away even more, Cerys is an idiot - no doubt about it, but she was dedicated to Habbox which most people are not. Should of bite the bullet and kept her

Suggestion: Let's have a vote on it. Post all of the evidence of what 'said' person has done and then people can vote if they should remain as staff / what punishment they should get (warning, dismissal etc)

Habbox is all about if the manager likes you or not, there doesn't have to be evidence, not saying lets do a poll for people to keep their job. But she was good at it, ******* no doubt, but that's the way the cookie crumbles, if Habbox wants to work like that so be it

Dunno why people are trying so hard to justify toxic bullying among staff. Being good at a job doesn't excuse all behaviour and let's be honest this has been ongoing with Cerys since October if not before. Let's have a bit of decorum and at least pretend to care about this place even if you lot like to act 2kl4skl and rebellious usually

If you want to discuss starting up a voting system, please start up a new thread in Feedback and you can all talk about it there - and remember this isn't a thread for speculation about Cerys' dismissal either. And for now let's keep replies to this thread on the topic at hand (yay).

- You have one moderator left after you sacked Cerys
- Cerys was pretty good at her job, but Habbox isn't one of those places with employment laws so they can do whatever.
- She's offended a couple of managers by the sounds of it, grow a pair? Sticks and stones guys you're the grown ups, don't get upset when people say nasty things to you.
and finally

- You've got moderator applications open, wouldn't it have been wise to have kept her on until you recruited new moderators then gave her the boot after the drama had died down?

I mean I know I won't get fired for telling you how to do your job properly but a bit of thinking may have made your life a little easier.

Probably would have been better in hindsight, but there are members of General Management stepping in if any moderator duties need covering.

Although you sound like it was my decision a bit, which it wasn't I had no say in it whatsoever.

I don't dispute that Cerys was a great moderator and it's a shame to see her go, although I'm guessing they had their reasons for dismissing her. However, that's up to them to sort out and I'd rather just keep this to say thanks as the department won't be the same without her.

However, as this is a thank you thread let's try keep this the main focus of the thread (I'm not suggesting your post took it too far off the main focus). We just don't want to have to close it because some people want to discuss the reasons more than just thanking her.
